Our family farm welcomes you in joining our Blog!

We are joyfully regenerating the rain-forest, pastures and hillsides. Although used for 70 yrs for cattle, since we purchased the farm , we now welcome the wild spaces that deer, bear, elk, rabbit, heron, salmon, eagle, owl, can continue to use. Along with the fenced orchard, we have a vegetable, flower and herb garden. And the many Cowichan Valley wild foods and medicinal wild plants that flourish and and nourish us!

Visitors join with us in our work, craft, and play! The huckleberries are slowly coming back to the property. We love to serve some berry waters, known in Russian as ‘otvar” or ‘kompot’.
