Make your own Willow Flower Essence!

Steve Johnson, founder of the Alaskan flower Essence Project and author of THE ESSENCE OF HEALING, says that willow is indicated for “resistance to taking responsibility for one’s actions or for the life one has created: unaware of how thoughts create reality,”

He adds that it’s healing quality “stimulates mental receptivity, flexibility, and resilience; helps us remove our resistance to consciously creating our lives.”

Dr. Edward Bach, the creator of the Bach flower remedies, wrote that willow essence is good for “those who have suffered adversity or misfortune and find these difficult to accept, without complaint or misfortune as they judge life much by the success which it brings. They feel that they have not deserved so great a trail that it was unjust, and they become embittered. They often take less interest and are less active in those things of life which they had previously enjoyed.”
