Young people who have started practicing this technique have realized many benefits. They feel they have a practical tool to use in the face of any kind of adversity or challenge.

The one day course includes Anapana meditative instruction, arts, crafts, and outdoor activities. Students should bring their own vegetarian lunches. Snacks will be provided.
